THE DOONAN PRESENTS EMBERS: SATURDAY 29TH AUGUST EMBERS is an exclusive asado-inspired dining experience, taking over The Doonan for one night only. Discover a shared set menu of select dishes slow-cooked over live fire and embers. Watch the feast come to life and see the meats tenderise over the open-fire pits, outdoor smokers and gyroscopic barbecue.
